At Park Thrive, we help clients turn unused parking into revenue and optimize the profitability of existing paid parking through our best-in-class, customizable software. We are looking for a creative and organized Operations Specialist to join our team. This person will onboard new clients, manage a variety of contractors and help provide excellent customer support to our clients once they are live.
This is a hybrid role based in Portland, Maine. The role may require a few hours of regular weekend work but also offers a flexible schedule during the week. We are open to exploring this role as part time opportunity as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients from software to physical setup (~40% of the role)
- Support the sales team as they manage the full sales cycle with prospective clients
- Source and manage contractors who will help monitor client parking lots
- Leverage support resources to provide customer support to clients
- Help create and maintain customer support resources and processes
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
Qualifications:
- Track record of leadership and motivating people to get the job done
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a strategy that is evolving in real time
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving mindset
- Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with CRM software and excited to learn about other business tools
- Proficient with a power drill and gorilla tape
